Dr. Ezra Koenning, the founder of Apollo Labs, became a household name after his research at MIT led to the creation of the field of Integrated Prostheses. Before that, he was part of the groundbreaking Stentrode team headed by Professor David Grayden, helping to finalize the life-saving design in 2018.

 

His Invisible Skin project produced the first ever seamless integration of prosthetic skin and natural human skin, and since then, he hasn’t stopped upgrading. Project Hepius is the culmination of Dr. Koenning’s research, and is the product of 25 continuous years of research and development.
